On top of the Woodland HomeWorks workmanship warranty, our customers also receive warranties from the manufacturer.

Roofing Warranty

Because Woodland HomeWorks installs industry-leading CertainTeed shingles, all our roofs are covered by CertainTeed’s SureStart protection, which fully covers shingles in the event of a manufacturing defect. As a CertainTeed Credentialed contractor, Woodland HomeWorks also can offer you SureStart PLUS™ Extended Warranty Protection for added peace of mind. SureStart Plus 4-STAR and 5-STAR protection extends full coverage for up to 50 years on your new roof, depending on the level of protection you choose.

SureStart protection also can be transferred from the original homeowner to a subsequent property owner during the SureStart warranty period, for the remaining duration of the warranty.
