In 1999, after spending 10 years in the roofing industry, owner Donald Woodland realized the necessity for a quality roofing contractor who would go above and beyond to install only the highest quality products for his customers. This required a lot of time and energy to research the industry’s most reliable roofing products and the best practices for installing roofing systems that last a lifetime. In an industry known for subpar customer experiences, this desire to exceed customers’ expectations created a niche for us in the Merrimack Valley. Donald spent many years curating a team of employees that would help him build the trust of the community he grew up in.

In 2008, while still in high school, Donald’s son Tim came into the “family biz” to learn what it took to install quality roofing systems. During the summers throughout high school and into college, Donald helped Tim develop the same desire for quality craftsmanship. After graduating college, Tim and Donald decided to expand on Woodland HomeWorks’ outstanding reputation. They worked together to create a system of quality control that would allow them to hire more employees and create a repeatable process of installing the same quality roofing systems that built their legacy. Today, Woodland HomeWorks continues to grow, serving customers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and offering additional services, such as gutters and siding. However, our commitment to providing the industry’s best value and customer experience remains as strong as ever.
